The children in 4HH have been working hard on their poetry skills
3JM kicked off Kellett’s Chinese New Year celebrations with their colourful assembly. The children told the story of the Great Race and shared with the audience how the festivities are enjoyed all around the world.
Our Year 13 Drama students performed their original piece of theatre that was based on the theme of protest. The group were presented several stimuli of historic events that captured the theme. Their devised work was an experimental promenade piece that was engineered to prompt the audience to think about their own connection to protest and ask them how they feel when they see it in action. Congratulations to all of our Year 13 Drama students!
Kowloon Bay Prep
, U14 & U16 Girls and Boys teams competed against other international schools in Hong Kong, and did so showing great competitiveness and sportsmanship! Special congratulations to our U12 Girls team who were crowned divisional champions
, KLB Prep had a Science afternoon. Across all years, experiments and investigations were carried out and children were working on their scientific enquiry skills. Children took part in explosive Mentos and coke experiments, played with colour changes, created optical illusions, investigated heart rate changes, built spaghetti and marshmallow structures, soapy speedy boats, made ice cream, learnt about Chinese inventions, propelled eggs along a zip line and investigated adaptation and Darwin’s finches through ‘beak’ and food experiments. It was great fun and the children used and developed their fun science enquiry skills

, Adrian, Benjamin and Yves did incredibly well, finishing 3rd overall! There were also individual prizes too
, having lots of fun experimenting with language. They were excellent on Friday, having learnt so many lines, they delivered each one brilliantly! Well done to you all
