The Kellett School Board of Governors are delighted to announce that Shane Nathan, Management Advisor and formerly Head of Primary at the British School Jakarta, has been appointed as Interim Head of School for Kowloon Bay Prep for the academic year 2023-24, before Rebecca Findlay joins as KLB Prep Head next Summer.
Shane Nathan brings extensive experience in senior leadership of international primary schools. He spent the last 12 years in various roles at the British School Jakarta (a not-for-profit school similar in ethos to Kellett), having been Head of Primary for 9 years, Interim Principal for more than a year and Advisor most recently as Management Advisor due to age limits for teaching visa. Previously he was Head at the International School Brunei and Deputy Head at The English Speaking School (DESS), Dubai.
We are delighted by the appointment and have every confidence that Shane Nathan will ensure the continuity of excellence in teaching and learning, as well as the constant efforts to improve, for which Kellett is renowned.
